As we move into December, the energy of the season begins to shift… There’s more activity, more emotion, more expectations — and often, more food, right?


For many women, this time of year can feel full... Full of family responsibilities, the emergence of old patterns, social pressure, and that familiar pull toward emotional eating whenever things get overwhelming.


I know this feeling so well...


Years ago, when I was struggling with my weight and emotional eating, I didn’t realise just how much stress was affecting my body. Once I shifted my focus to healing, everything changed. Working with my healing guide, I was able to release over 60 pounds naturally, without dieting, drugs or deprivation.


These 5 healing affirmations are here to support you through the season. They will help you to pause, breathe and reconnect with your centre… So you can make choices that align with your intentions — and not stress.

✨ Healing Affirmation #1:

“I breathe deeply and give myself permission to honour my own needs.” This is a gentle reminder that your needs matter — and you’re allowed to prioritise them. When you pause and listen to your body, you reconnect with your own truth and wisdom. This small act of presence creates space for more peace, clarity and alignment in your day.


✨ Healing Affirmation #2:

“I choose to say yes to myself first — and give to others from my overflow.” This season often asks for a lot. Keep filling up your own cup by doing things that bring you joy. From this place, giving to others this festive season will feel light and joyful, instead of draining and exhausting.

“I allow myself to say no." Remember that 'no’ is a complete sentence. Setting boundaries is powerful. So give yourself permission to honour them lovingly and confidently. Breathe deeply and tune into your heart and belly. Let yourself move through the season in your own natural rhythm.

Give yourself the gift of time and spaciousness before saying yes to anything this festive season. Know that it’s perfectly okay to say, “Thank you for asking — I’ll get back to you on that.” Let your decisions come from a calm, centred place… not pressure, guilt or obligation. When you honour your natural desires, you protect your energy, your peace, and your wellbeing... and everything in your life begins to flow with more ease.
